Heeyyyy I just started building one too last week! What are you using for the website, if you don't mind me asking? I'm currently building my own from scratch (I know this isn't worth it, but I'm learning for another project).

How ad where do you find movies\series to upload? Are you using some script? What are your expenses?

For all Movies and series i do it manually cause i'm using HardSub movie. My expense right now is VPS(around $20) monthly + RDP(around $7) monthly + Themes lisence ($80 for lifetime unlimited domain) + File Storage ($12) monthly. That's all.

Keep it up ! at the same time you should think about a way on how to monetize it.

Hardsubbing takes a lot of time, mate. Why are you trying to hardsub every movie? Instead, upload the movies and upload the srt files. You should get a theme like dooplay to save you some time.

Well the file i download is already hardsubbed, So i don't really waste my time here, but i save my time, cause i dont need to manually upload the srt.

I just saw you use some themes you bought, so I'm guessing these themes have a sort of admin panel built-in where you can manage all your content on the website ? Or are you using an external service like Wordpress or something?
I have a background in web dev so I'm basically coding my website from the ground up using React and I also use an external CMS to handle all the content management. I'll post a thread when my website is finished and online.

I see I see. I'm using Wordpress here. I'm also a Web Dev, but i just don't want to waste my time code everything from scratch, i just buy a theme, and use wordpres. So i can save lot of time and go right to the movie update.

Week 2 Report Here:

What i have done this week:
- Buying $5 backlink from Fiverr
- Add new movie and add new player server (using embed)

Now i got 338 Movies Post and 18 TV Series.

I got really excited seeing that spike on the traffic. And it's almost all from organic.
