How to get own aged Adwords Accounts

Dear BHW Community,

I see a lot of these Adwords Account Sellers who are selling aged accounts with spents.
I really want to know how do they get these Accounts.
Also the fact, that you have to bypass 2nd Step Authentication.
I have a lot experience on cracking all kind of accounts but google adwords is still a big competion.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me, thanks in advance.

you can only buy them aged accounts from old account users for cash. (( very hard to get ))

you can only make new accounts.

you can not turn a new AdWords account into old account there no method.

you can make accounts just with email address their many posts on here.

Actually you can do that, by creating new accounts and leave them like that for 2-3 yrs after you reached the threshold on each account and actually invested some $$$$ into it. Isn't easy nor inexpensive, but in long term is worth it.

Oh thats the really hard way to get them.
I heard someone is cracking gmail accounts and then check the adwords account.
Another one said that he is working in an ad agency and his customers are selling these accounts to him when they dont use it anymore.
