Its just that it COULD be mine but I have no idea what the email is... and they just wont tell me what the email associated with it would be.

unfortunately twitter won't let you know or give you that old account.. its just not how they work.. i mean like tumblr or other platforms you can get the expired blogs name but twitter account is like a identity .. so it cannot just transfer to someone else..

I think it's possible to claim a twitter username if you're a registered business or a celebrity. If you have registered business, you may also need to have a few mentions in well known online magazines.

yea I know that all makes sense.
My biggest thing is that as a normal human being, some people create many emails and forget about them when they are younger, and they won't give you what the email is so it could very much be my twitter/account but I don't know the email.
