Hi,
So, taboola requested me to fill a from so I can withdraw my funds automaticaly every 45 days, in the from they require the VAT number, which I don't have since am an individual.
I contacted them about it but they didn't respond yet, anyone had the same issue ?

if I provide a false vat, will I still get my money ?

No mate, if you provide false VAT number, you'll get in trouble :D
I'm running push notifications ads and I had similar situation with Zeropark. I'm not sure it's the same thing in your case though.
I live in EU and Zeropark traffic network is based in Poland, therefore I pay e.g. $500 for traffic, PLUS VAT, which means, I pay $615 for example, but still get only $500 for use. BUT, if I register my company as a VAT payer and get VAT number and provide it to Zeropark, then I don't pay the VAT tax/fee. Maybe it's similar with Taboola?
I don't think VAT number is mandatory, that'd be really weird, if only VAT payers can run ads on Taboola. I highly doubt that.

Thread moved.

If you are an individual or a company with no VAT number, you will pay the amount + VAT.
It is not supposed to be an issue.

(if you can update the topic when Taboola replies, it will be useful if more people on the forum are looking for the same answer)

Hey,
yep I got a reply, so , basically they shouldn't had sent me the form, it is only for advertisers, am a publisher, and withdrawing my money doesn't need a vat number.

I have opened a Taboola advertiser account using proxy, will I face a trouble ?
