This is because you need to use better proxies and have SMS verification enabled on the accounts. I'm sorry to tell you this but Kameleo is one of the worst anti-detect browsers, you can do a quick search to see the experience of other people. Besides, they do not offer any type of free trial (which can be understandable) and no refunds. I write an email to them about this and they did not answer me, which makes me think they only want to get money and do not care about their product.

I have tried many ways to register facebook accounts recently. The working method for me is using Iphone with 4G to register facebook accounts with phone numbers. That's crazy.
