And many more.
Not saying they are the best hosts on the planet, but at least you can shitlist when something like this happens and usually companies like the ones mentioned above would not risk their reputation which took years to establish for some quick money and if something goes wrong at least you can get a partial refund.

Buddy sorry to tell you that, but HostWinds isn't Offshore, THCServers isn't Offshore they don't allow DMCA content.

Just to remember. We need to be careful, if hosting owner says allow that, but in their terms says unlike the owner says...

Always check AUP or TOS before purchase anything. US isn't Offshore, they are DMCA-Friendly.

I'm afraid you provide offshore services, and you don't know that? Sorry... No intention to offense.

Its no good news at all,
Why you guys become so lazy to take a backup of your money site?
I remember few months back their was a hosting provider who shuts his business down without notifications. And here on bhw alot of threads were opened about it.
I still hope they will be up soon.
But
Lesson learnt do offsite backups regularly.

Never said they are offshore and i clearly stated a few providers i know are good and offshore and providers that are NOT offshore but provide good service to BHW customers, read what i said first.

And see how Flaunt7 offshore is, they probably got scared from a few DMCAs and now are running away with peoples money.
How offshore is that, explain to me...

Unless he works at Flaunt7 and knows exactly what is the situation, my bet is he's just guessing. Don't panic. Just wait a bit before starting to rebuild your sites.

I get mail from flaunt7 that server is lost so we can compensate with free hosting ;) For some luck i have made backup on almost all sites before 15 days.

I never come back flaunt7. I bought a VPS for 6 months( from 01-06/2020).
This VPS has down 4 times/month that very very bad for a new business site. I lost my time, money, customer.

My sites have about 200 - 500 visit/month with only 400 posts
 
they did not put the wordpress on cpanel.
how did you guys able to install?

So why, they have Cloudflare enabled "Under Attack"? If they have DDoS Protection?

That is strange. Enabling Cloudflare on "Under Attack" is because he's having more problems than Vulnerabilities of clients, also no Announcement have been made, Facebook page removed...

@Chipicao @andersikwel They offer Anti-Hacked solutions, and they are unable to have a decent Anti-DDoS? Let me laugh... If I was you, I would run away from Flaunt7.

Switch to another Hosting the fastest possible, that doesn't make any sense at all...

I recommend all of you, make a backup right now. Dark storm is coming...

EDIT: I have checked Blog and Status of A2Hosting, they didn't make any announcement... Related with Cpanel.

I advise, there is something behind.. This story is very poorly told... Someone is hidding something...

They lie, I didn’t see official information about the Cpanel vulnerability anywhere.
I am sure that they had an internal problem and decided to give the blame on Cpanel.

I don't want to be offtopic but guys, that name "flaunt7" can a real respectable company get himself such funny name? I mean, seriously i would not buy from that hosting even if they provide a 100% discount, the landing page looks like its an wordpress + elementor template.
 
My website is up again with no issues but had to upload my backup as everything was deleted. I use them for a few years now and this is honestly the first time I run into this kind of issue. Normally I have no complaints what so ever. Website is quick, high up in Google, their support team is pretty quick, good pricing and 100% anonymous {which isn't easy to find for such a price)

However, the fact they disappeared from social media, and that no announcements were made seems a bit shady...
