What has the New Google update had on you?

I know the google algorithms is a complex system and i have been building out my website and funnels to the old method.

Has anyone noticed a big change and how are they getting round it?

More visits and better positioning

First impact was negative but not too bad.
Now the dust has settled most of my keywords have moved up from their previous positions but not too much of an effect on traffic (10% increase) and a couple keywords I haven't worked on for a while are still down 1-2 positions.

no effect yet, well my site is still new. oo my old site ranked on a few low vol keyword.
