Hi, found a niche that has huge search volume, great profit and easy to rank for... but products

In my Norway there is 25% VAT, people want it fast (No Aliexpress) and there is a fee to the customer if they purchase from outside of Norway over 35$.

I guess my only option is to rent a storage and start that way.

Any suggestions on how to do this:
- Buy 3 of each product and see which sells? then scale it?

If anyone is doing e-commerce please reach out :)

What ? 35$ custom fees ?

I'm also curious about the extra 35$ for purchases outside of Norway, care to elaborate OP?

Back to the point. Yes, if people are so concern about delivery times in your country you're gonna need to go wholesale style get some warehouse and do the shipment on your own local way. Don't be greedy and impatient, once it has worked in your country move to another one in Europe.

Yes it was "Toll" - But after researching it closer it doesn't seem to apply to my niche ^^

Think I found an distributor as well, so going to contact them and see if they dropship to my country.

Thanks for the tip man! will keep that in mind.

Where is your dropshipper based? If in China you should do a bit more research.
Not a good position to be in if orders come in and your dropshipper doesn't fulfil their end of the deal.

customize your logo (silkscreen print logo is very cheap), order in bulk, (to be safe from the beginning you can ask factories to support you with smaller MOQ, e.g. 500pcs, 1000pcs.
rent a small warehouse or garage before the goods arrives.
during this proces, it's better you have a good forwarder to help you. (usually the forwarder can handle the custom affairs also)

Give me a like. Feel free to ask if there's any question left. lol

When I did dropshipping, I used to have a template, and asked the manufacturer to write on the package ''Free Sample Present'' and the worth of the thing is 2 usd.
You can try this method, or simply buy 200piece, and sell and ship yourself, if you are sure in the item, simply do that!
