Proxies to bypass detection?

Hi all,

I'd be interested in learning about proxy detection, and specifically whether other than residential proxies can be used to bypass proxy detectors such as IP2Proxy?

I know that IP2Proxy uses lists of data center IP addresses. So, basically my question could be phrased as: Do some providers sell non-residential proxies that are so private that they aren't listed by detectors such as IP2Proxy?

I'm asking because most residential proxies are either relatively expensive or unreliable.

Some datacenter proxies are more private than residential ones (when it comes to IP leaks or webrtc leaks).

However, a (non-residential) datacenter IP will show a datacenter ISP when IP details are requested (such as DigitalOcean or others). Making it easy to identify them.

I guess we can discuss privacy from many perspectives here. I'm myself interested in privacy related to staying under the radar. Do you think it's a hopeless case to search for such small and private data centers that would remain undetected?

Also, as you seem to be extremely knowledgeable about residential proxies, do you have an opinion on which providers could offer as sticky and reliable IPs as possible? Some do offer sticky IP addresses, but sometimes those addresses don't seem to be so sticky in practice.
