Here's my review of these proxies. The price is decent and for things that don't require high security these proxies are okay.

However the pool is pretty small and after only about 30 USA IPs, I was already getting repeat IPs.

I was also getting captchas on Google for about 1/5 of the IPs I tried.

It seems the small pool means that the few IPs they have are getting really abused so I wouldn't recommend it for any task where you really need high quality fresh un-abused proxies.
