Here is a little more detail on my experiences with this seller:
Intro
This seller offered me a review copy by way of a website design package. It came just at the right time as I was already beginning preparations for a new website project involving a small authority site. I already started research, content writing and so on. So I provided the details of this project to
@yuuzokun.
I explained in detail what I had in mind for the website, I sent over some notes regarding the design, branding and structure for the site as well as some of the content that I had ready for the site.
Design
First of all, the seller designed everything for me. I was only expecting the actual website to be designed, however, when
@yuuzokun realised that I didn't have a logo yet, he offered to design that for me as well. The design of the logo was 100% spot on - very professional, exactly what I had in mind and clearly put together based on the vague concept that I provided.
We did have a problem with the first design and so I think the seller had to go back to the drawing board for a second attempt (More about that later) and the second design that they came up with was just as good, in fact I would say even better.
Professionalism
The seller was very professional, a great communicator and really easy to work with. This seller is not someone who will sebtle for something that is 'OK' but rather they are one of those rare people that will go the extra mile to make things exceptional.
Attention to detail
This is the most important part for me. I don't know how others feel, but I often find with websites that it is one thing having a super-fancy design and it is another thing having a finished website that screams perfection. In my experience of building sites myself as well as reselling design services I have found that it really comes down to the attention to detail - it is the little things that you do once you start adding content - image placement, headings, quote boxes and so on that really bring a website to life and make each page look like a vibrant presentation rather than a book without pictures.
@yuuzokun definitely gets that and for me it makes him stand apart from other website designers that I have worked with up until now.
Turnaround Time
The TAT was a little longer than advertised. We had a few issues with the first design, as I mentioned above and this pushed the project on a little longer than originally planned. I dont even consider this a negative because the end result is so good and the seller worked so hard to acheive perfection on this project that I totally don't mind the time that it has taken. I am only even mentioning this so that the review is honest, comprehensive and balanced.
Summary
This is 100% someone that I am going to have a continuing relationship with and I will definitely be using their services as a paying customer going forward because honestly this is the first time that I have worked with a website designer in recent times where I feel like the level of quality being provided is strong enough that I can pass the finished product on to my own personal clients, confident that the standard meets and exceeds the high level they expect from me.
