Ever since search engines (specifically Google) have started penalizing bloating your site with keywords and backlinks, quality has become key. In essence, low-quality backlinks are gradually losing their value. Sooner or later, your customers will realize it. So, you will want to focus on high-quality backlinks if you want your business to stay healthy.
Of course, you know your own priorities best. If quick money is what you need at the moment, then you may want to stick with low-quality backlinks for a while.

I sell quite a few links, not as a typical reseller...but I help webmasters that don't want to do the linksale or does not have the time.
Each webmaster have different expectations to this. Some of them want a recurring income from links, then I price them with a discount for year 2 +3 with upfront payment.
Others prefer selling in large quantum for a permanent link, when the link is published they get paid. The same with prices, one of my webmasters get 2000 dollar for each link (casino), he sells about 4-5 links each month. Another webmaster have an average price of 500$ and they make about the same each month. The one with 2000$ does very little job for the same amount. My experience is that its basically depending on the niche.
We have tried many different things, like selling packages, discounts and so on. I would have to say that the most profitable way of selling links is not doing packages but charging for each link and then rather give a discount on bulk buys with 5000$ value or more. This are norwegian/swedish and danish links so thats why the prices are high.

If you don't know your price value, its probably not a very high price point. Take your "costs" and double them. If the cost is less than $20, do a X5-X8 and it will still be fair to the buyer.

I've spent years to reach this level in SEO + Link-Building in order to open my own business. Now, I might be good at those but I am not good at choosing the price for my own services (Quite sad). Tbh, I've spent around 2 weeks studying my competition, analyzing how they charge the clients and i gotta say... it's overpriced for the services they offer, and still! They still get a lot of sales - urgh, this gets me mad, man. I m really on the way to become literally rude in this situation -

Okay I take back what I said. Don't price based on your competition, they usually are scamming their clients. My competitors sell their services for thousands and thousands of dollars, my price points are in the hundreds and yet i outperform them day-in day-out.
If your package is worth $20 and you sell it or $40, people will keep buying from you. You'll send up with customer lifetime spending in the thousands. If you sell your $20 package at $1000, you'll sell a few, but noone will ever buy again. You'll get to scam a few people, and that will be it. Best bet is to go with what you think its worth and double it ish~. If the price point is too low, make it X5-8 and try keeping it in the "fuck-it" budgets levels: 50-200usd.

Remember that sale is a an art. So if you have problems selling, try to get some help there. SEOs are typically not very good with sales. Thats why "seo cowboys" that looks like Gordon Gekko earn loads but get zero results.
Are you actually unsure? When has anyone suggested cheap and fast on this forum lol
