BHW Black Background - Can Change Colors?

Hello,
Curious If Its possible to change bhw black background to f.e white background/white text?
Black fits forum name but still sometimes when I am reading at night all that black makes me feel more sleepy and dizzy, so it would be pretty cool change atleast for a while.

on the bottom left of forum page there is an option. click on that and choose white background option.
