How to grow from 30k-100k

I am at a bit of an impasse right I want to get my account to 100k and my account gets good engagement but I am not getting a lot of new followers.

People are interested what is the account sharing - and in order to see the content they have to follow.
From there, it will depend on your content & how the new follower likes your profile.

Even though the new follower won't like your content, something can happen (like the new follower must turn off the phone and do something else - cook, workout, etc). and in the meantime forgets that he followed the account.

The thing you sacrefice is explore page (for non-followers).
Therefore, I would suggest you to play with it and find what works for you.


For OP, use other social media to drive traffic to your IG (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, etc.), do cross promotions, purchase shoutouts... There is plenty things you can do, it only depends on how much time & money you are willing to invest.

Recently, I've noticed that Instagram accounts are getting private for a while. Such tricks in some people actually work and drive by the fact that we do not see what a person is posting. The idea of including an account as private seems to be okay.

Be patient ,it will take some time. Also if some strategy is not working it is the time to tweak it.
