Hello, I have these euros on my paypal account. Paypal blocked me from receiving and sending money because I didn't add bank information or credit card since I registered. The problem is that I can't currently add right now this kind of information. Do you know if I can get rid of the money? Are there any services that buy this kind of paypal accounts?

ive got $379 in my account and its already limited. still have yet to figure out way to add a bank account (they asked me to add my bank account to withdraw the money...but its a stealth account )

most of the banks will just let you withdraw from paypal (eventhough the names don't match)

They dont need any documents, just a cc or bank details, but he cant add neither of these

He should probably contact them using email just don't bother calling them because they don't answer.

my account is lesotho and like i said its a stealth account i bought. I will need a name match to make s successful withdrawal ie if im able to create an act on that name.

I do however have a payoneer with match name but both PP and Payoneer seems not the best of friends at the moment.

Yes the act is limited and was given two options for withdrawal
First is to add a bank act and withdraw
Second is to wait 180 for instructions on how to withdraw

got this kinda things, they kicked me out with $150 bucks there, can't do anything since stealth even after 180 days they're damn robber. How can I withdraw if I couldn't add bank/card. I couldn't add back bc I'm limited. And the only way to lift limitation is by adding bank/card. Stuck with their bs loop
