Agree to this, it sounds to me that your products/ marketing are working, IM is all about tweaking, don't give up now.
Just stop taking new orders now, and try to figure out how to improve your fullfilling process.

It worked yes, but the product prices are so high right now that isn't worth it ( due to high shipping cost ) the product is also large and i don't like that.
I realized that it is better to start a real business now ( dropshipping with local suppliers ) For faster shipping and returning customers. Creating a brand for long term. Better then the traditional way of dropshipping from aliexpress.

you should simply use services that speed up shipments, there are services that reduce shipments from one month to 1-2 weeks in europe. You should inquire first about shipments and ask yourself the problem not later, when the money is already in the cashier. This is not an entrepreneurial mind.

It's best to just close the store or put your store on hibernate.
