You can use second tier affiliation, but it is not ideal. no other way you can commision them, when you are getting commision yourself.
other way around would be to drop ship, but it is much better to have a good product and service, with good margins, for this to work ideally.
If you want to go for low risk low reward twist to this method, just go for shutouts instead of sending the product and making a real collab.

I have a product u'm dying to try this one...My only challenge is finding a tool to get the influencers. I'm new so i can PM so feel free to hit me up anytimeHolla BHW!
So, this is my first guide here, and i hope you will find it informative!
This obviously will not fit Everyone, but it CAN be twisted into grey areas with the right mindset.
The whole point of this guide, is to build an army of influencers that will be willing to work for you as Affiliates, free of charge (minus your product costs, which is a given when working with influencers)
Side Note: Its easy to find ones that will ask 100-200$ (or usually more) per post or story.
Today we will learn how to find ones that will work for us for free.
First lets start with what you will need to have:
1 . Good looking website, preferably with its own checkout.
2. High ticket product (something you can share a nice margin of, and still be profitable)
3. Affiliate Plugin - that can support coupon code binding. (allocate the sale by the coupon)
4. Be able to ship your product to influences, and their audience.
5. Decent Mailing Platform - you shouldn't send more than 300-400 mails at once, so it should be easy to send, and since the reply rate will be sky high, it will not be flagged as spam.
Why not just send thousands of emails?
Because there is going to be quite a lot of manual work answering the interested ones, so you better be in control. these are influencers, each of them is a potential income stream, so just like you would want to give a customer a good service, consider those your VIP customers.
So how the "Method" actually works:
Use a marketplace service here on bhw, a bot you have, or any other way to scrape instagram.
(this is easy - if THIS is your problem, just PM me, i will get you hooked)
Than you ask for a .CSV list of accounts filtered by your demographic and geo:
Female, from Germany, with 10K-15K followers. (you can use more filters, if its offered - the last filter i used is "Last Post Date" so you can know the account is active)
The range is important, since these are micro influencers. i would suggest not going for more than 30K-50K followers at the beginning, at least until you test your ground.
Than you just message them in bulk, i didn't use any personalization but if you can use their first name field from the data you have or any other personalization, it will work even better.
The message structure was something like this:
Headline : Hi, we would like to collab with you (loving emoji, non existent on bhw lol)
Than a few lines about the brand and how fabulous her instagram profile is. not more than 3-4 lines.
Than the terms of the Affiliation, and i will share the exact text of the terms:
How do our collabs work?
1. We will send you a free "Product Name".
2. We will create a unique discount coupon for your followers
3. You will upload a post using the product - which will include the coupon.
4. for any coupon used, you will get X% of every sale
You will not need to open any account, just to reply to this email.
If that type of collab sounds interesting to you we would be more than happy to hear back from you
Than just fire this message, and be surprised about the actual reply rate. Just give them access to an easy income stream, and they will jump on it.
Some will not answer, and some will ask for $$$ but you will have PLENTY of people to start working with RIGHT NOW.
There will be some manual work to be done, like setting up their orders, and in my case, i already set up their affiliate account and just sent them the details (everytime i did it this way, just to make it a no brainer for them)
Also - Check every account you decide to advance with manually, to check if you like what you see. you can also analyze the account with a tool, but i find it a waste of time. a regular account visit should be enough.
AND you should run an Excel File, where you track your progress, mine is built as follows:
IG HANDLE / CONTACT EMAIL / FULL NAME / AFF ID / COUPON ID / GOT PRODUCT? / UPLOADED POST? / SALES
This method can be twisted ten folds, since on the bottom line, your giving influencers access to easy earnings.
its not that affiliate marketing is new, but with the right conversation after the initial message, maybe you can even build partners for life.
I Did this a few times already and had amazing results, so i decided to share!
P.S this is NOT the typical blackhat method, and it better be used by a "brand" or at least a good quality product with nice profit margins. still this can be a great way to scale for the "legit" business out there, which i hope frequent this great forum too.
Also i am sure it can be twisted to black / grey - since instagram isn't strict about content and there are many strong accounts in grey niches. (maybe you will find that CBD goddess?)

No, you don't have to have an IG account at all basically. you email them, and they advertise your product on their IG, it can be your website, or to make it easier your Coupon, like covered in the guide.
