What now? What else I can do?

I was running Google ads for B2B medical related products which highly sensitive to Google these days. None of my ads work now and some of my accounts got suspended.

What can I do now? Is there are any reliable advertising platform I should try? (Facebook & Bing doesn’t work well either)

F*ck Facebook, Google, YouTube or Bing - go with push notifications or pop traffic. Push work great, pop not so much anymore. With push you can do a nice 6-figure income (some guys do even 7-figures), push traffic sources are not as restrictive as Google or FB, you can cloak pretty much without a risk or losing your account - so who needs Google? You'll build a good income with them and they will slap you with their update and you stay with nothing. Alternatively try native - really hot this year. Just my 2 cents...

Correct. You can start with pops as they are super cheap - from $0.001, so for $10 you can get up to 100,000 views. Then switch to push which is also very cheap as you pay for clicks only, not for views.

Thanks man! I’m really frustrated with their drama(Google). To be honest, I spent about 10k in ads in one month. After awhile they suspended my account out of the blue. I appealed and they reply back to me with a freaking harsh reply making me feel like I’m a criminal. They let me promote for awhile, took the money and then talk about their bullshit policies.

I’m trying Bidvertiser these days but their traffic seems not good.

It depends, mainly on vertical you run, but I'd say 3-5% is pretty much average CR (CVR). And landing page CTR - 10-50%.

EDIT: To be clear - these stats are after optimisation. You won't get results like this right away!

Affiliate network with good offers - Gotzha
Traffic network - Zeropark and Megapush always worked great for me.

Yeah, that's why I've never done Google or Facebook. I'm running nothing but push (I've done a lot of pops in past and also trying little bit of native now). But with push you can do blackhat/cloak and if done properly - you don't risk your account being locked/banned. With cloaking you can make 100% ROI pretty regularly - some guys go up to 400% (my personal record is 292%), but it's not common.
