Do you guys use different emails for each of your Money Site and Author or are you using the same email and info across the board?

I have a network or about 30 niche websites and I'm wondering if I get a problem eventually if I just put all the same info everywhere.

My options are:
1) Use the same email, username and author for each WP Money site

2) Use an email such as [email protected], etc.

3) Use completely different emails such as [email protected]

Thanks!

3 options is better but try to avoid names like info , sales, support instead use names.

Good luck.

Option 3 is the best I think,
You can set up forwarding to get all the emails into 1 gmail

I suggest option 3 will the good one

Different emails is better option.

Thanks guys! That's what I had in place. And I had set up a forwarding email in cPanel already but over the years I changed the email and didn't renew the domain where everything was being redirected to. Therefore I have to go through everything manually to change it so I was just wondering if I was being paranoid to create different emails.

Thank you guys for your input!

Completely different info on everything, between each site. WHOIS, domain registrar, hosting, WP admin, whatever.

My vote would be for Option 2 and to help manage the different accounts, have redirects to your main email account.

Use option three with SMTP access to see all mails in one client program or gmail.

Thanks @Stackz. But isn't it too much? My niche websites are legit and have some good content on them. I have the same WHOIS abd domain registrar for my money sites. All the money sites are on the same VPS and I wouldn't want to pay 1000$ a year many times for hosting.

Only my PBN has different WHOIS, domain registrar and hosting.

I'm interested to know your thoughts. Thanks!

I prefer to use completely different emails for the project. By the way you also can redirect all messages to your working mail.

I just use my main gmail account, so i can get any emails there. Log into cpanel on whatever host to check emails, and have them forwarded to Gmail, so you get them on your mobile. Thats how I like my setup.

For me i have 2 username in my blog, 1 same username for login purpose. 2 completely different for article author purpose.

So i don't need to remember each username. Just login with the same username then apply the article author to different username.. if you know what i mean.

Honestly, just keeping them separate takes away a lot of the guess work. You never know what issue you might run into with Google using the same emails for all money sites. You can "redirect" all your email inboxes to one (don't use gmail I guess).
