No upfront as a newbie, I don't think any Jr. VIP will take this as it increases risk. 50% up and 50% at the end of task is much better for both parties.

Not even 50, 50. On these low numbers, the buyer is almost always safe. I mean, Who even tries to scam someone for a few dollars when they risk few years old Account and the premium membership.

True! But in my experience, buyer never feel good about it. As what maybe peanuts for Jr.VIPs, may have lots of value for another party. I know it's a lot of headache on a project like these, but if you win someones trust it turns them into a regular customer.
