it's depend on what you are selling, if you are selling high demand service on fiverr then it takes just few days to get views or impressions

I am mostly selling SEO servies. However, it's been a week with no views at all. Is it normal ?

yes it's normal with every new seller but,
if you want sell orders fast so you need to buy some reviews on your gig. there is many sellers who selling fiverr reviews.
when you get couple of reviews on your gig then fiverr shows your gig top on fiverr page
