The thing is you are probably paid to say it. Everybody here says they don't exist anymore and you tell us they are everywhere and you don't have any prove or can name a panel so that we can disprove you and show that you are just doing empty talk.

Look buddy, you said there are many panels that sell HR views. This is simply not true. Maybe (just maybe) you are the only person on this forum who found one single panel that has HR views. We made several threads about this issue and me and a lot of guys have tried them all. Rav views, eav views, HQ 2-5 min retention views, LQ 10 sec retention views, ad views. We know what is beeing sold in the different panels. So you either just tried it with short videos, you are lying or you maybe found the holy grail that everybody in this forum is looking for. So "you and me know HR views still exist" is 100% is wrong. I know that NRV views did exist, but they are gone. Even the supplier of said views told everybody about it.
Also I don't want to assume that you try to scam anybody but believe me there are a lot of guys that say "I didn't advertise anything" but they just wait for people to private message them and then scam the hell out of you. If that's not the case, that's cool. But it's definitely suspicious if one guy in the entire forum found the holy grail and pretends that many panels have it, as if we didn't try them.

Considering you posted for advice on another thread it's obvious you are absolutely full of shit. There is no HR views even when the panels are saying they are. Why aren't you banned for been a complete dickhead yet?

I have tried most of the panels and there are no high retention views at the moment, don't be fooled by what the panels on this forum are saying. The only solution right now is to go to Microworkers or the Upwork website and buy cheap services for people to view your videos

i think that this all argue is a big misunderstanding... that member calling the known 2-5 min views HR since some panels use HR in their description for those views.
they also failed to mention that the source of those views are passive machines (not real engaging users), so i'm not sure what benefit 1M of those views can do (beside inflating the views counter)

Hmm, which traffic sources are these retention views coming from? Are they all external or do they generate impression/click-through rates? Because even if the retention is 90% with 10 mins of watch time per video, it still wouldn't rank as well as one with Youtube impression traffic.

They are external traffic sources. By testing I have managed to increase the number of searches on YouTube of the video sending the hr views, but it is what you say.

I'm testing to see what is the best way to be able to rank the videos.

Oh really? Did they increase rankings? Depends on how many you ordered. I ordered like 5k and my niche isn't super competitive. It hardly ranked higher in suggested videos.

You can also have a look at page 2 of my reply towards that. Basically what you want are views that come from internal Youtube traffic sources such as Suggested video side bar, Home page, search bar, etc.
