A Weird Sound...

I live in an apartment, the 3rd floor. Every night, the floor below me makes weird sound like some shaking bed. I can't quite figure out what it is, but I am pretty sure the sound is of the bed shaking.

Guy lives alone, but every night I hear him opening his door for someone and right after that the sound starts. I can't sleep and it's disturbing me a lot, should I just go confront him and ask him why his bed shakes a lot?

Any suggestions, please help me out. My eyes nearly closed while I was typing this out...

Well, this so called thing is destroying my sleep. How do I get him to stop it? I really want to confront him. It goes on for the whole week...

I've notified the landlord, but I am scared of confronting him since he's a really buff dude. I just don't want him beating me up if I come off as rude.

Since you said he is a solid bodybuilder, maybe he likes to lift a lot of heavyweight like a bed. these 5kg, 10 kgs black circles around a thin rod I think it does not make much difference to him. xD
