Question about watching threads on BHW

Sorry I have a question
Whenever I reply a thread on Blackhatworld, it automatically watches this thread, how do I remove the auto thread watch please

There is a "MORE OPTIONS" button next to the "POST REPLY" button

You can see the option, top right corner " watch thread " click to change as "Unwatch"
