Why people say CSS easy ?

I'm learning Front end web development. I found CSS is even more complicated than Javascript. I dont know why people say CSS is easy.

CSS is easy once you get the hang of it, like anything in life, it requires practice.

You say it’s tougher than Javascript? Say that to people who’ve moved on the React or Angular lol.

This. Learn to use some frameworks like Skeleton or Pure or whatever fits your niche, that should help.

CSS is simple, you just have to know what you want to do, learn all about css, find some samples and actual live work and go from there.

I like to inspire from actual working sites.

CSS is limited. Learn the basics then just practice.

BTW, but I found that boostrap so simple an popuplar on the market. Why there's many web agencies dont like it.

I've been a full-stack developer for close to 10 years. I know PHP, HTML, CSS, JS and I would personally sort these from the most difficult to the easiest like so: PHP (especially OOP), JS, HTML, CSS. I don't know how why you think CSS is difficult. Anyway, everything needs a learning curve, so I guess you just need a bit more time to get used to CSS and you'll be fine. Practice, practice, practice

To be honest, CSS is way too tough for me. Also I think it is probably because I am not a creative person and I get very less ideas when I want to design a page.

Which is probably why I am still a backend developer.
