When I use desktop version I am not allowed to post any photos or videos and it asks me do download an app

When I use mobile version I cab post photos but I am not allowed to post any videos

Maybe do you know what is the problem?

i got the same problem, here is a video i made year ago about this

all the methods working only with photos, never work with videos ;/
