mine are always +1month, i tried every single method that is shown, but none rly worked, its always +1month for my website !

That's a long time to wait...First time it happened to me after 4 years with adsense and only facebook traffic. I freaked out and i removed my website from google. I'm looking for another network to join..any recommendations ?

Get a cheap domain. Install it on a Free Cpanel Webhost or on your own server UNDER A DIFFERENT IP THAN YOUR DOMAIN
Put your adsense ads in it
Then MAKE ANOTHER ONE
Put ads from another network or affiliate ads in it
Then do it again
Make about 4 or 5 of them.
It looks like you are a member of 4 or 5 networks, BUT YOU CONTROL THE NETWORKS

You can run a dozen networks instead of working with one. E.g. Instead of working with just AdSense only you can also work with any or even all of the networks from this list of AdSense alternatives.
Right now you earn money by showing AdSense ads, but if you have multiple ad networks accounts - you can set them all in the ad server and run all networks on the auction where only the highest bidder wins. Instead of selling all ads at a default price ad server will help you squeeze higher revenue by showing only the most expensive bidders.
You will spread the risk and increase revenue.
