You need to reconnect your account if you don’t have targets showing in your results. Bad reviews are because italians want invoices and won’t take email receipts as invoices. We are not in Italy and so they get mad. Others are competitors. Our customer service better than anyone’s and so is our system. That’s why you have 5 days free trial. If you were disconnected, no problem. We will add time.

Usernames seem to work better, so we use hashtags as a secondary measure and also if you choose both, we give more weight and actions to the usernames.
