but there is a better way to get direct backlink to your URL from sites.google.com

1. Open Sites.google.com
2. Click on the + Button Right side to create a site.
3. On The Right Side Click on Code <> Embed

4. Paste Your Content There as HTML
<a href="yourwebsite.com">Your Keyword</a>

5. It will show up like this

6. And after publishing the website html code will be

<a href="http://yourwebsite.com">Your Keyword</a>
