Hello,

My plan is to start a new business.
I have some 3D printing machine, laser and CNC machine. Let's say that I already have 10 finished products in the home niche.

I'm looking for advice on how to start a business with my own products.
I'm concerned about the payment method and shipping, just because I'm in southern Europe.

The products are half electronic let's say... What I need to have in order to have everything "clean" for the USA market.

What about storage? Do i need to ship to USA some quantity before i start?

U can ask the buyer to pay for the shipping but beside that i will see if there is dropshippers that sell the same products that u can create and contact them so u can sell high quantity and at the same time have stable money

What's the price range of your product? If you sell a product that costs 200$, a shipping fee of 20$ is not that bad. But if you sell it for 3$, it's a different story.

Well, the cost of production is about 50$, so I think I can sell it for 120$. One product a day is current maximum. Some products need feedback from the buyer because the product is uniquely made for every single buyer

IMO, you should charge way more.

Count in the depreciation of your machines, taxes, you have to pay your people, etc.

I'm not an expert, but if your product is so unique and I suppose high-quality, you could market it as high-end and add high-end margins.

Have you done market research?

Well, most concerns I have with paying method and shipping.
If someone doing similar business (Europe location) would be very beneficial to write a few words.

Update:
I've improved some parts on 3d printer, after a few months of testing and long nights I got what I wanted.

It can be adjusted to all printers which make me think of selling those parts. I'm not inventor, it's just much better than you can find on the market. We speak about extruder and mosquito hotend, I also made filament dryer for expensive filaments.

Results: Medium quality printing of 10 hours turns out to 6 hours at maximum quality print.

Maybe I should find someone in USA or EU who have related business to distribute those parts, I know it will be very beneficial for 3d printer users because production is way faster, spend much less energy etc...

Well right now without losing any time with testing it's cost me to build all three parts about 700$, the key part is that I'm paying 25$/h a mechanical engineer who have brutal CNC machine to help me making this. Point is that currently I have enough good equipment to make this at the same quality, but the design is not for commercial use (people want nice design for something they pay).
If I reach some buyers I will consider to improve my machine which will cost me about 2,5k $ to start making parts by myself.
