Amazon not suspending sellers

As all Amazon sellers know Amazon is not suspending sellers who breach performance metrics until May 15th. I have 2 questions:
1. Do you guys think that this will be continuing beyond May 15th.
2. Amazon usually takes 2 months into account while calculating performance. So any idea how the calculation will be?
