Anyone having success with the Meathead method in 2020?

A twist could be "spamming" youtube videos with a link to your site on description. Youtube will never be banned, so that's a good idea :)

Actually, you'd be wrong. As I wrote over here, I just got a YouTube account banned for spamming.

I was uploading short YouTube videos where I was showing my face (for a lot of long-tail keywords).

I barely made it to 20 clips before the channel got shut down.

I meant that you could spam youtube links, not youtube videos :p

I used to do meatheads method back in 2015 , i used to bank hard but right now it's hard to find many sites that allow comments. Is your main traffic coming from social media?
 
@Sweely - What do you think - it's a must to use clickbank, or we can use any affiliate program ? For example - fiverr, webhosting, jvzoo,warriorPlus. Waiting for your answer, have a good day.

Sites like Reddit, forum posts, blog comments that take a while to get approved and so on...

It's gotten a lot harder, that's for sure. I don't spend my time doing this anymore.

This can be done doing absolutely anything. Not just Clickbank.

If you recommend a specific web host in 1000 unique posts I'm sure you'll have created a passive income for years to come :)

Even if you're selling a local service, you could use blog comments and forum posts to promote it.
 
What do you think about xrumer. Anybody has any success with xrumer spamming nowadays?

Any step-by-step explaination for this method in 2020?
 
The name confused me for a moment. Yeah, this still works.

Part of last year and certainly the year before the majority of my projects was basically this. I got bored of waiting for SEO projects so I started looking for other traffic sources.

Over 200 domains, several bots and a bunch of work later - it makes money but I will say if I did it again I'd go deep into a single niche with a funnel and proper pre-sell rather than just going wide and blasting direct affiliate links everywhere. It got to the point I was looking for something in my personal time and ran into one of my own affiliate links.

I think it's worth playing with because if you're working on another project it's some additional traffic you can bring in (I'll take nofollow links all day long if they're bringing in real visitors) but as a project in itself, it gets boring fast.

The bots are custom but all the major sites have plenty of public options. I had some journals from back then on Pinterest, Reddit and YouTube. The conversion rate is exactly what you'd expect - shit. It's cold traffic thrown directly at a sales page with little to no pre-sell. That's the beauty of free traffic though, even with a shitty conversion rate it's still profitable.

Wouldn't really suggest doing this though. Unless you find an edge somewhere you'd get a better ROI just working freelance.

Good advice. Thanks @SEOMadHatter. Actually, I had some bots on Facebook, Reddits, Pinterest but they just worked for very first days to drive traffic. But when I scale with more accounts, it seems impossible as FB, Reddit, Pinterest can detect the "bot" activities. :(
