There are absolutely no good SEO plugins for Shopify and I talk from experience.
These apps are not sophisticated enough or give you false results while trying to sell you stand alone services "hire our SEO expert" and so on.
The easiest and the best way to do on-page SEO is when you use site audits. Since you are doing SEO you already need a keyword research tool therefore you can use Moz or Ahrefs site audit. Let it run through your site and fix everything that are listed in those reports. No SEO app will give you the same results. Obviously Ahrefs is much more powerful than Moz but I got things done with both.
