we currently run search engine ads on google we need someone to step into the social media organic branding. 25% commission

Requirement:
Maximising brand recognition and trust via organic marketing strategy using, Facebook marketplace traffic, Facebook page, Facebook groups, instagram. could use articles and some budget from google search ads for this strategy. Also using other creative strategies that are organic for brand maximisation

What's your budget for social media branding? And organic marketing strategy (fb groups, marketplace traffic, etc) =/= social media branding. Do you get traffic already to your social media or not?

The easiest way to grow a brand on social media is pay influencers. So you would have that cost. The bigger the budget the more influencers you could pay. Management of that is all you could reasonably expect for 25% commission and that is all i would do.

But you would also need someone to manage your social media accounts. Creating and making posts etc on your behalf across all your social media channels. That is a job for a va, pro writer, photographers, videographers etc. So you would also have their cost as they will not work on a %.

Exactly the op clearly wants something for nothing, but doesn’t understand that will create more damage than good. I feel if you are spending 325 dollars a day on Adwords , you should be at least be able to fork out what you spend a week for a yearly social media budget. At the minimum or just don’t bother.

How would an individual even know how much traffic their posts made e.t.c?
What is the product ?
It is wholly dependent on those factors. As options exist but transparency and-clear clarification is needed.

Well good luck with that , as those are not random questions. Even organic marketing has costs.

I respect people's time so much. If you want a JV please state past results and tell me how we can work only if you can invest in social media marketing. We are only spending on adwords.

Not sure what your talking about here. But why dont you do an fb campaign based on your $10k monthly spend?

You seem pretty desperate you have just doubled your commission. Maybe i should just wait and it will go up more?

But it does not change the fact, you are asking me to build you a valuable asset for free, your brand on social media, before i can make money. My question was pretty simple, why should i build you an asset for free?

Look you would need to invest but I can happily help if you are spending 300 plus PER A DAY. Then investing 500 FOR A year is a reasonable request imo. To fund influencers e.t.c dm me as already working on promoting Instagram accts.

Your problem is each post you make damages your credibility.

You dont come across as someone who knows what they are doing.

$10k on google, but $0 on social media.

First 25% commission, then 50%.

Then 100% of the profits go to charity.

Every time we ask you a question you pivot the business in some way.

I do not think you have the focus, belief and organisational skills to be successful in this venture running it as a jv, so i will pass.
