Best method for indexing fast?

yeah, so many people talking about blogger, twitter, etc
to index a few post it's still possible, but....

if there are many ... (hundreds, thousands, ...). how would you do that
we talk about many projects, many campaigns, or maybe many client websites

there are many third party indexer services. and on average, it is currently not going well.
maybe there are some good ones (that really work), and that's what we're looking for together.

Google indexing these days is a nightmare. I think they did something with the recent core update to make it impossible to index with paid indexers.
Funny thing is even blogger do not index instantly like in good old days.
