DIVI vs Elementor - Which one you prefer.?

I've only used Beaver builder and divi till now. I have downloaded elementor pro, and I will use it as a lot of people above have suggested that it's the best plugin.

Just wondering why you guys don't create custom themes for clients instaead of using cheap themes that are loaded with bunch of plugins which makes the wp site too slow, actually you are not buying a them you are buying plugins.

Elementor, of course. Divi is cluttered af, so I wouldn't recommend it. As for Oxygen builder, it's good, but it's more geared towards experienced developers/designers who know their way around code.

Elementor for sure, but it is expected that both of them will be pushed out by default, gutenberg editor.

How about Oxygen Builder.? Have you used it.? Do you recommend it over Elementor.?

I have used Oxygen as well. Compared to most of the page builders that I have used this has a little longer learning curve. However, this a very good one and no-nonsense page builders. You will take time to get going if this is your first time if with page builders. Though oxygen is not typically called page builder but called theme builder.
As mentioned earlier, it's very good, and once you get a hang of it you will feel that all others out there are crap. At least that's what the Oxygen community feels. Since you are starting out now, if I were given an option I would certainly start with Oxygen.
What you can try doing now is to install 2 dummy local websites and then install oxygen and elementor on each of these to try it for yourself. Also, another recommendation that I have for you is check from youtube videos and go-ahead to take your decision.

I use both, Elementor + GeneratePress seems to be faster than Divi for me atleast.

I see you are a Freelance Developer, may I ask you directly, what Builder you use to build your client's site normally.? I mean, your Primary Builder for Client's Site.? I hope this is not a too personal question, We can also talk in PM if you want.

In most cases, Freelancers ask the client to provide Theme & Builder. I do not want to do it. Actually, I have started a local firm & willing to provide Builder. Do you think it's worthy to Build a site with my Own Builder?

I personally use elementor as its easy for anyone to maintain their site. 99% of the time its elementor. Only thing that I don't like about the plugin is its resource hungry like it needs 256MB memory and I always use 512MB memory to be safe.
If the client has not that good hosting I mean like shared services then I use Beaver as its not that memory hungry.

I've used Divi on a few projects and couldn't really get into it. I was hearing a lot of noise about Elementor, tried it and loved it. I use it on most of my client sites now. It allows me to create sites much quicker and it's easy for clients to mange going forward.

I prefer tools more geared for developers on personal projects.

But I was just wondering what are your thoughts on using oxygen on a client website.

I imagine it would be more difficult for them to make changes themselves.

Interesting question and could not vote as I have been using divi for a bit and I agree it is cluttered or that how I can define it now reading the comments here. It is hard to learn, It took me few days to just to find the un-do button. The themes are beautiful though.
I will try my hand on the other one soon.
