Seeking app bot build/scripting

There is a video circulating through reddit and other social media platforms that is in Portuguese from a Brazilian origin. The video is of a bot that's used for grabbing and filtering instacart batches/orders. I'm willing to pay $250. I'm below novice when it comes the lingo but from my research this is not a difficult task to complete, and could be done with the most basic coding experience. Thats all. Thanks.
