Why did you choose not to use Cloudflare?

Just wondering what your reasons would be if you deliberately chose not to use Cloudflare for your websites. I personally use them for every website I own, but would like to see the point of view from people who don't use them.

Just wondering what your reasons would be if you deliberately chose not to use Cloudflare for your websites. I personally use them for every website I own, but would like to see the point of view from people who don't use them.

The main reason is too many website with same IP so your site can get spam. But I'm using most of my sites with CF.

I'm considering CF now... I understand your website will serve faster but I can't have my dedicated IP address?
