Well, we don't limit the software, but instagram limits scraping so yeah, it does have a limit, right now the followers scraper will work for up to 30k followers and the hashtag scraper depends a lot on the hashtag and on the account age, this is why we offer free trials so you can test for yourself.

I wasn't 100% sure of the results so I've decided to check, here are the results:
For the second account with no email, not sure why that happened, I think it's a bug, it should show the email from the bio, I will have to check the code again and fix it.
And now to answer your questions:
1. Yes, it should grab both the email in the bio(or email button) and the phone number, however, i think there is a bug, so I will have to investigate this further, but the default behavior is to get both.
2. It will grab the email on the email button first, if it doesn't find that then it will look for an email in the biography.
