Best Payment Platform to Recieve Payments

Hello Guys, setting up a new online service but getting clients is quite tough to convince because of trust. We want to create a mode of payment that ensures both us and clients are safe. That means we get the money when the job is done, what platform do you suggest? some people say i should use paypal (with the goods & service option) or use an escrow (suggest any for me pls).
What do you think is the best?

escrow is better. but if your service is cheap most people will prefer paypal, so you got not choice except Paypal
