What should I write when creating STEALTH Stripe account in Website url? Is random fb / instagram pages ok?

I need you to take 5 minutes and think about your question, buddy. Stripe wants to see an actual buisness. Why would they approve a FB or IG page? SMH.

It doesn't need to see your website. Next to the Website section is a question mark which says "If you do not have a website put any social media link".

Okay, I guess you anwsered your own question. I have about 5 websites on my Stripe and never noticed that option. Maybe that is just an option for users who do not have a site ready yet, but not for live payments.

Do you run Stealth accounts?

Well my friend, there will be way more obstacles when working with stripe. Even when you´re a legitimate business they can block your account after some sales.
I once had a dropship store and made like 7 sales the first week. 2 of them were refunded and stripe just closed my account, because of the refunds. Probably ratio was too high, but in e-com there will be a ton of refunds all the time.

So to answer your question: Use a solid website with all the needed business information, so that you pass the stripe verifikations

Stripe algos do check your website upon verification process.

Never had any issues with stripe. I even refunded a 10k$ payment and owed them that money since the money went to the bank account and they didn't even bother. Repaid them with the next payments.

Can you tell me how they do that? How to avoid being rejected? Thanks in advance

They send bots to your provided link. How to avoid being rejected? Make everything look like legit.

Because your account got age.

I think Stripe will check your website in verification process.

I did the same and placed my social media channel and they rejected me , after that they asked me to resubmit when I have a website and I did that but again got rejected with a BS reason. I will create another account and let's see.

The thing is, after the activation process I got an email with "Your activation successful.." and after 10-15mins they ban the account.

No, I don't run stealth accounts because there is no need to and because I have no time for money-freezing bullshit. If your site looks 110% professional, nice and you don't have a million complaints, then you should not have a problem.

Then again I don't know what you are selling or if you are scamming people. But I can tell you putting a social media account as your website is a joke. That has shady written all over it. Nobody signs up to a payment provider without a website to show. I mean that is just ridiculous.
