I recently ordered and received my website from this seller.
They were up front and honest the entire way, the guide provided really sets you up for success monetization wise.
The only reason I see why this wouldn't be profitable is lack of time or laziness on my part.
The site is what you would expect for $150. It's a fully functional site with some content ready to go, its up to you to act on that. I recommend over time adding your own content obviously.
The only way to make this better is if they were to set up social accounts with the site, but then I would fully expect a price hike so I'm fine with that not being included.
Overall you get exactly what you pay for here and it's worth every penny, if not more than what you pay.
I would recommend this to any one out there with a lack of time or know how.

Forgot to post this earlier, but seller delivered me my quiz website on Monday. Overall, it was a good experience. TAT was about 11-12 business days. The website looks great and the 10 quizzes it came with were solid. I've also applied to Hooligan Media so hopefully I should get approval soon to run ads on my website. The guide that comes with the website covers everything needed to monetize this site! Overall, I had a great experience with this product and seller
