The articles are good, the issue is that they take too much time making them, I would pay more if they would get delivered within 1 day 2.

I have ordered 10k words on January 16, 2020. Got my final article today, on May 4, 2020. While I usually don't have a problem waiting a little past TaT, 3.5 month was a bit steep for 9 articles.
However, I'd like to also add that the quality was quite good for the price. While it doesn't always sound native, I didn't mind the content even a tiny bit.
So, if I was to rate the service for the price, I'd say:
Service Quality: 9/10
Communication: 6/10
TaT: 1/10
I just ordered those articles for the fun of it and didn't have any deadlines whatsoever. Even then, it kind of bugged me that it took a content agency 3.5 months to write 10k words. If you are trying to buy content and post it on a schedule (daily or weekly, doesn't really matter), I suggest looking elsewhere.

Our delivery times varies on multiple factors, we've listed the rough TAT on the thread however, every customer is made aware of the precise TAT before the order is placed to avoid any confusion + we try our best to keep the customers upto date on the progress regarding their orders. I understand that it's optimal to have a static timeline but we've limited amount of writers and we don't overload them so TAT is a bit more dynamic depending on the workload we have at that time and the WPD capacity we have.

Can I see a sample please? also I'm pretty confused at how to place the order through your website. I see three products, ebook, for big order and premium content writing services, but none of them have word count on them so I'm not sure how the quantities work. Could you please shed some light?
