What is the Budget Update Time After 3 Am?

I Was trying to update Budget on Adwords account After 3AM but budget is not updated after 6 am Anyone know what's the time after budget updating ?

Normally in India 9pm, 12 am, 3 am Budget update.

Issue has been fixed. Funds are getting updated instantly now.
