Youtube Journey to 100K subscribers

Hello guys, I started a youtube channel sometime in August 2019 and had been uploading somewhat sporadically. Suddenly one of my videos became viral and reached 71k views at this point. So I am seeing some potential in this channel and wanted to start a journey to document and keep me in check.

So far,
I have created a channel logo, intro and uploaded 24 videos.
I hired a VA to make videos for me, $70 a month for creating 45 videos, thumbnails, and uploading it. So there will be 1 to 2 videos uploaded daily.

The niche is NSFW so I don't think I will be able to monetize it with Adsense, so I will be looking to at other methods to monetize. If you guys know of any please let me know.

My goals

1. Reach 500 subs
2. Reach 2,000 subs ( Give monetization a shot unce I reach it)
3. Reach 10,000 subs
4. Reach 50,000 subs
5. Reach 100,000 subs

It varies. I have video which are 5 mins to 30 mins. The one that got 71k views is 20mins long.

I have created a method to create quick videos and trained the VA on that. So it doesn't take a long time for him to get the videos done. He is from a 3rd world country and this money means a lot for him. You can get VAs from Hire a Freelancer from BHW

Not yet. Do you know any adult CPA which YouTube allows? Moreover I'm trying to build my channel into a brand. Im skeptical abt using affiliate links for now.

To be honest I'm not using any of these. I guess my niche is less saturated and that's why I'm getting the views. Ill start playing with tags next week to see if it is useful.

You just have to create efficient methods to create videos faster and teach it to your VA. You get cheap VAs in BHW.

I guess it ll take around 1.5 months to get to 1000 subs. After that I'll try my luck with adsense monetization. In the meantime I'm looking for other ways to monetize.

Believe me, I have been in the same boat as you before. I failed about 5 channels before starting this one. I am getting the views just because I'm doing something different from my competitors. By pure marketing terms its called product differentiation. You have to differentiate as much as possible to stand alone from the crowd.

It takes from 30 mins to an hour to create the videos.

I dont know why there is a big fluctuation of views. From 8k to 2k to 6k in consecutive days. Most of these views are from my old videos, i don't know why my new vids aren't getting enough views as before. My VA is still uploading 2vids a day , I'm just waiting for one of my new vids to go viral.

ATH in terms of subscribers gained in a single day.
