This means you aren't able to add direct links to your posts / replies before you've made 15 total posts on the forum and it is made to prevent spam. (It doesn't mean you're spamming right now)

try to use a ping tool to indexed faster like this I have provided a link in the code section. Also, go to google webmasters and submit your website sitemap and try to make as much buzz on social media as much you can.
If that's not helping use my above-provided website to make backlinks so that your content gets easily indexed every time you want. Most importantly you should use a ping tool for every time you add something to your website.
