Buying a Verified Instagram “dummy” account?

I have a seller who is promising me a verified Instagram account for $1k usd. I messaged a VIP member on here as well to verify if the seller was legit and he most certainly is. As the vip member was a past customer.
1. I’m trying to see if I buy this account can it be reported down the road by a dickhead after changing the username and I start uploading on the account?
2. He says he will email me the login credentials. So I assume I will have to use a email that I don’t actually have access to. So what if I forget the password or become locked out of the account?
3. Are you even able to change usernames or “display” names on verified accounts?

is it worth it? Thought and oppositions? Thanks

I wouldn't buy that, its has issues written all over it.

1) you cant even change the username, if you do you will lose the checkmark
2) high chances that the account will be recovered by the original owner as that account was hacked.

You think thats how he obtains Instagram verified dummy accounts? By hacking verified users? OR hacking verified users who abandoned there accounts?

Sounds like a scam. Being a Jr VIP member on here doesn't mean you are trustworthy, it just means you paid a fee.

If it is legit though, it's a great deal.

I would treat very carefully how you spent the money on this purchase. You something like Escrow and try to find out more details about the seller

Sounds pretty dangerous if you can not get access to the email. Only worth if you can guarantee access to the email.
