Neil Patel seems to think so, and he knows SEO and backlinks lol
This is his "What Are Backlinks and How Do They Work?" video on YouTube.
Most will probs be his PBN's and if you look at the domains to links, that's an average of 61 back links per domain.
I do have regular customers blasting Youtube videos.
