Any opinion or suggestion are very appriciated, Thanks!!!

You were one google search away.

Here you go.

before posting this, i already read that, but i think its only prohibited in U.S and several country that make gambling ilegal. From where i from gambling is completly legal.

Anyway thanks for the response mate, really appriciate it

You need to do a tie in whatever transaction you are doing with "Sweepstakes Credit" so that when customers deposit money they also get an in game credit that has value only inside the platform as well as Cash Value credit to gamble and withdrawl with. This a little loophole that at least here in the US gives you compliance.

The biggest example I can give you with this is CHUMBA CASINO. They were one of the first Gambling sites to take PayPal as a payment. They even advertised on FB heavy.
Now they also accept "World Pay" which is another global payment solution.

So you really need to look in the structure for CHUMBA CASINO to get a feel on how they did things, they are still operating and are huge now.

I think PayPal doesn’t like gambling in general

Ah ok, then in that case I don't see why you would have any issues. Paypal only ask what general industry you are in when making a biz account, so you can just mark general services or something like that.

I don't see how it would be a problem if you are going to deposit money from your bank account and spend it.

I wouldn’t even recommend PayPal for transferring money nowadays since they became acting like little children.

You should Skrill. It’s gambling friendly and a lot of betting companies use it

Will take a look at that for sure, thanks!!!

I think there's a big chance that they will suspend your account due to being in a high risk business model. If you will just paypal without disclosing that you're doing gambling, then it's fine - i guess.
