Also how do you index them if they are more than 10

How many articles you are posting on each web2.0? Are you buying the articles or copying from another websites and spin them and using?

Just use tools like wordai / articleforge for articles. Put first 3-5 of them without links (best way is to use expired 2.0s with good links ) and then put those websites to indexer for ex speed links. Wait 2 weeks and add more articles (also done by tools) with links to your moneysite. Then you should make some links to those blogs and one more time add links to indexer.

10 is not much - you can make much much more. Just build them when you have time.
